Design of Transmission TowerDesign of Transmission Tower

  • Design of new Transmission line Tower as per client specification for 11 KV to 800 KV.
  • Design as per requirements of international standards like ASCE, IES, NESC, ASTM, DIN- VDE and Indian standards.
  • Checking the safety of existing Transmission line Towers for shield wire/conductor or replacements for specific site loading conditions.
  • Design and foundations of new Tower as per soil conditions and strengthening proposal for existing Tower foundations.
  • Preparation of sag template.
  • Preparation of Tower spotting .
  • Preparation of stringing chart.

Design of Substation

  • Design of SubstationWith extensive engineering team we can Design and details electrical stations that deliver on line safety and efficiency in accordance with IS and International Standard.
  • Design and drawing of gantry (beams and coloumns).
  • Design of Equipment structure, Support Structure like CT,PI,CVT, Isolator Transformer etc.
  • Preparation of Raft foundation for Gantries and Equipment structures.
  • Preparation of Shop drawings for all Tower.
  • Automatic preparation of Bill Of Material from Shop drawing.
  • As built the project drawing/documentation.
